The auto motion sensor can is actually the same as what You put in the can, Garbage!
A hundred dollar bill wasted! It should be criminal to keep selling crap like this!
I have two of the DZT-50-9H cans. I’ve had multiple problems from the cans, such as the batteries falling out of the top into the garbage, and the electronic opener having to be cleared after locking the lid open or closed. I can live with those problems. Then, my housekeeper (wife) accidently dumped both rings into the outside garbage cans. I ordered and paid for two (2) rings from Ninestars, and I [eventually] received one (1) ring. I’ve made many, many, did I say many?, unsuccessful attempts to contact Ninestars. I’ve called and left messages on their voice mail, and I’ve also called when the voicemail was full. I’ve also sent several emails, and I have yet to receive any attempt at contact from Ninestars with an interest to resolve my problem. I have consistently been civil with Ninestars, but obviously it makes no difference. Their customer service is NON EXSISTENT, and their customers should be also.
